About this role:
* We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker to provide support to individuals with daily living tasks and help them live an independent and holistic life.
Responsibilities will include providing support in everyday activities around the home, assisting with hygiene and personal care, chaperoning activities outside the home environment, and assisting with medication compliance.
You will work closely with the individual to develop a personalized plan that meets their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support
* At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
* Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance
* NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months), & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
* Manual handling certification
