**Position**: Customer Screening Officer (CSO)
**Start**: ASAP
**Duration**: Permanent Part-Time
**Salary**: $55,000 per annum + superannuation
**Location**: Batemans Bay, NSW
**Overview**
Our Client is one of Australia's leading retail hearing health providers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to change lives by supporting customers and their families living with a hearing loss. As a CSO, you will have the opportunity to work at multiple sites.
**Key Objectives**
- Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers
- Work with the store team to achieve targets
- Support the Customer Engagement Manager and Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
- Complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer leads, expand store traffic and optimise profitability
**Essential Criteria**
- An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis
- Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets
- Strong listening & communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Availability to work Full Time retail hours on a rotating roster
- Someone who is willing to travel to **multiple stores in the surrounding areas**:
- Basic computer literacy
