About the role:
We are seeking a Talent and Mobilisation Lead to join our Melbourne office. You will be responsible in leading a small team of Mobilisation and Talent Acquisition specialists for the ISGroup globally, supporting our end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation needs, including connecting with industry to promote the ISGroup brand, partnering with our business leaders to understand hiring needs, mobilisation schedules, sourcing and head-hunting exceptional talent.
In addition, one of your key focus areas will be to design our Talent Acquisition Strategy, mapping our pipeline of talent from interns and graduates, to overseas hires.
Key responsibilities:
* Overseeing the recruitment function for the ISGroup globally, including our operations in Australia, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and the UK
* Designing a best-practice recruitment methodology to support the best quality hiring outcomes
* Working with our business leaders to understand hiring needs and supporting a detailed job brief process
* Sourcing, advertising and head-hunting as required to find the best talent
* Development of job advertisements, interview guides, phone screens and reference check questions to ensure the best quality hire
* Coordinating visa and mobility processes as required
* Manage the team to ensure all logistical aspects, such as flights, accommodation, and necessary equipment for staff
* Oversee capacity and demand, predicting and resolving potential bottlenecks related to workforce and resources
* Coaching and training leaders on best practice recruitment techniques, including interviewing skills
* Coordinating candidate assessments and compliance checks as required
* Assist in the development of workforce planning and People strategy
* Assist in the creation and review of policies and procedures
* Supporting other People projects and initiatives across the People function
