Job Description
Join our Kununurra Service Support team, where you provide a welcoming environment to ensure clients access our services in ways that are person centred, safe, responsive and convenient. You will be the first point of contact for many clients and will help refer them to appropriate services within Anglicare WA. You will also provide support to ensure the smooth running of the office providing administrative support, accurately entering data and maintaining electronic client files.
Days and hours of work are Monday to Wednesday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Skills and Experiences
* Demonstrated customer service and administration skills as well as experience
* Exceptional communication skills with an ability to relate to a wide range of clients in need of assistance
* Ability to respond to clients in distress, and be comfortable de‐escalating people who are upset
* Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, assess risk and prioritise accordingly
* Well developed digital/computer literacy skills as well as financial management skills including ability to issue invoices and receive money
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and WA Working With Children Check. The organisation may request an international police clearance if necessary.
Impact and Benefits
* Salary starting from $82k (inclusive of 10% remote localities allowance) + 12% superannuation

* Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses
