* Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports within required timeframes.
* Manage compliance with government and statutory obligations effectively, communicating any changes to stakeholders.
* Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records.
* Support the development of budgeting and forecasting processes, considering key financial data.
* Assist in implementing process and system improvements while maintaining business ERP.
* Monitor cash flow and deliver forward-looking cash flow forecasts.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
* Liaise with external advisors as needed.
* Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing.

You will bring:

* Demonstrated qualifications in accounting, finance or a related field.
* Experience in similar roles, including financial/management accounting, reporting and payroll management ideally in manufacturing or retail.
* Technical accounting skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
* Experience in managing and processing payroll.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
