The Case Manager role is a great starting opportunity within the insurance industry. It provides exposure to the Worker's Compensation industry as well as an opportunity to build your own brand amongst a diverse stakeholder list. About The Role
* Proactively manage claims within delegated authority level to achieve the most cost-effective outcome within the framework of the legislation, identifying and managing return to work barriers on individual claims
* Ensure customer service standards are maintained taken for prompt resolution of enquiries
* Maintain and improve technical knowledge across all facets of claims management
* Keep up to date with legislative amendments and their practical application

* An energetic and motivated approach to managing a demanding portfolio
* Experience in a customer-centric environment
* Proven ability to manage your time and prioritise work tasks effectively
* Superior customer service and communication skills
