We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service & Rostering Consultant to join our Townsville Nursing team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless workforce coverage and operational efficiency. This role combines excellent customer service with rostering and recruitment support—keeping healthcare running smoothly every day. What you’ll do: Reporting to the Regional Branch Manager, you will take ownership of your desk and priorities while working closely with clients and nursing staff. Your responsibilities include: Coordinating and managing high-volume shift requests across multiple healthcare sites Providing exceptional customer service to nursing staff and clients Supporting recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and engaging nursing candidates Assisting with onboarding, credentialing, and workforce planning Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily Ensuring shifts are filled efficiently, accurately, and compliantly This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who thrives on variety, multitasking, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
