Required Qualifications & Certifications

Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision & Project Execution Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Structural & Civil Engineering Analysis Work with designers and architects to assess feasibility and safety.
- Material Procurement & Vendor Coordination Manage suppliers, contractors, and equipment handling.
- Quality Control & Compliance Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Project Documentation & Reporting Maintain records, prepare daily progress reports, and update stakeholders.
- Surveying & Land Assessment Conduct topographical and geotechnical analysis for site preparation.
- Health & Safety Implementation Enforce on-site safety protocols and minimize workplace hazards.
