Celebrating 25 years in the industry, we pride ourselves on safety and quality, strong teamwork, and long‐term relationships with our clients, councils and project partners.With a growing pipeline of civil infrastructure work, we are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team based in Toowoomba.Role DescriptionAs a Civil Project Manager at Newlands, you will take ownership of the end‐to‐end delivery of civil infrastructure projects, working closely with Supervisors, Engineers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle from award through to completionLead and support Project Engineers, Supervisors and site teamsDevelop and manage project programs, budgets, forecasts and cost controlsManage subcontractor procurement, performance and relationshipsEnsure compliance with WHS, environmental, quality and contractual requirementsBuild and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsIdentify and manage project risks, variations and claimsPromote a strong safety culture and uphold Newlands' values on every projectQualifications5+ years' experience as a Civil Project Manager or in a senior project delivery roleStrong experience delivering civil infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage, bulk earthworks, utilities, subdivisions or council/TMR worksQualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related disciplineSound commercial and contract management capabilityStrong leadership and communication skillsA proactive, solutions‐focused approach to project deliveryWhite Card and current driver's licenceValid driver's licence
