About Greenway Views

LDK Seniors' Living's flagship village, Greenway Views, is located in Tuggeranong opposite the South Point shopping complex. Our village consists of 327 apartments and is home to nearly 400 residents. Covering over 6,000 square meters of communal space and facilitating social connectedness - we are proud of our village community. LDK delivers a lifestyle-for-life. Our On-site facilities include a gym, art center, chapel, dance room, theatre, library, several hospitality outlets, village shed, barber shop, hairdresser, medical consultation room, grocer, purpose designed meeting spaces and even a dog park.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Care Partner to join our team at Greenway Views. In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Village Finance Manager and the broader finance function to deliver insights & reporting with a key focus on Support at Home Packages (SAH). You will play a key role in driving financial accountability for our Care Partners and guide decision‐making whilst ensuring compliance within the village.

The successful candidate will work Monday - Friday 08:30am - 05:30pm.

Role Responsibilities (but not limited to)

* Support and assist with queries specifically relating to Support at Home (SAH) budgets for all new and existing residents.
* Approve or assist with billing adjustments, including credits and corrections, guiding care partners on approvals for home cake packages.
* Maintain accurate records for deferred or capped care packages and build visibility over waiting lists for uplifts and new packages.
* Produce reports to inform governance committees and resourcing decisions.
* Clean up funding data and reconcile misaligned streams (e.g., CHSP codes vs claims).
* Participate in weekly exception reporting meetings with the Corporate Finance Team.
* Provide training to residents and families to improve adoption of Capital Guardians and reduce system fragmentation.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
* Proven experience in a finance business partner role, ideally within healthcare, aged care, or a complex operational environment.
* Excellent understanding of Support at Home (SAH).
* Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills.
