About the Opportunity
The
Sorted Customer Support Coordinator
plays a key role in supporting retailers and suppliers using the Sorted eCommerce platform. You'll manage customer queries, maintain data accuracy, and create training content to help users trade online confidently.
In this Role
Manage inbound queries via Salesforce and resolve issues promptly
Troubleshoot ordering, invoicing, and navigation challenges
Maintain and validate supplier and product data
Support onboarding, invoicing, and operational processes
Develop training content and FAQs for Sorted users
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
You're Likely a Match If
You have experience in customer support or service operations (retail/eCommerce preferred)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Salesforce and digital learning tools (WalkMe desirable)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment
