Full-time EYFS / KS1 Teacher & SENCO in Wakefield. Competitive daily salary with a range of £168.80 to £232.56.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS and KS1 students
* Implement effective strategies to support children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
* Collaborate with the school's leadership team to develop and refine inclusive policies and practices
* Maintain detailed records and documentation to track student progress and inform future planning
* Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being
* Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, ensuring they are informed and involved in their child\'s educational journey
* Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in EYFS and/or KS1 teaching
* Thorough understanding of the EYFS and National Curriculum for Key Stage 1
* Proven track record of supporting children with SEND and implementing effective intervention strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
* Demonstrable commitment to inclusive and innovative teaching practices
* Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in early years and primary education
