Job Title: Career Guidance Specialist
As a Career Guidance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering employment services focused on improving sustainable outcomes for individuals with disabilities.
You will mentor clients to overcome and manage barriers by developing tailored plans and fostering a work-ready mindset. Your key responsibilities include ensuring each client's unique needs and aspirations for employment are at the forefront of your focus, effectively supporting a caseload, and achieving individual and team goals in line with industry requirements.
You will also deliver coaching and support to clients in line with established service models, build rapport and trust with them, and connect clients with internal and external training, qualifications, and support services to address vocational and non-vocational needs.
The role requires strong customer service and relationship building skills, demonstrated ability working towards targets, strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving and conflict resolution, and strong administration and computer skills.
