The Role
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our Branding & Product Strategy team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of brand-led, conversion-focused marketing assets across our digital channels. You will play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, improving product presentation, and supporting sales growth.
This position is well-suited to a candidate with a strong graphic design background who is looking to further develop their career within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conversion-Driven Design (CRO)
2. Design and optimise product listing images, infographics, and A+ content with a clear focus on improving Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate (CVR).
3. Translate complex product features into clear, customer-friendly visual assets, including feature banners, comparison charts, and diagrams.
4. Support the optimisation of Amazon Storefronts and A+ content, ensuring strong visual storytelling, readability, and premium brand presentation.
5. Design Execution & Efficiency
6. Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-assisted tools to efficiently produce high-quality creative assets at scale.
7. Deliver design tasks with speed and accuracy, prioritising work based on campaign urgency, promotional calendars, and sales events.
8. Brand System & Visual Consistency
9. Collaborate closely with the Branding & Product Strategy team to maintain and evolve brand design systems.
10. Ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints, marketplaces, and marketing channels.
About You
* Previous experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or a related role is highly desirable.
* Strong graphic design skills, with hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
* Experience working with E-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
