The salary band for this role is 80,000 to 95,000 plus Super, and Annual Bonus.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our agency in a Account Management position. We are a leading digital advocacy agency. Our clients are leading the way in Health Reform, Industrial Relations, Environment, International Development, Housing and Social Reform.
This role manages the day-to-day activities for select advocacy clients, including reporting, campaign optimization and client relationships. As part of your day, you will manage and provide direction to teams who are responsible for campaign execution including digital, onground, earned and paid media.
You will be joining a team that campaigns for causes of significance and has a track record of success on the national stage.
IDEAL BACKGROUND
The candidate should have an excellent knowledge of advocacy, digital media and campaigning. and should ideally have a track record of outstanding client management and communication skills. Experience in managing advocacy campaigns or NFP programs is highly regarded. Having a basic knowledge of ad platforms and analytic tools would be beneficial but not mandatory.
Ideally the candidate has a advocacy, communications, not-for-profit marketing, or social media background. The ability to manage internal and external partners and relationships is vital to this role therefore a track record in agency management is essential.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
* At least 5+ years' relevant experience
* A demonstrated ability to work with performance metrics, meet deadlines and deliver results effectively and creatively
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in being able to present to room desired
* A demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize your own deliverables in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Proactively leading our advocacy portfolio to ensure the best possible outcomes in meeting and exceeding their scope of work
* Able to grow existing client relationships to meet the financial targets of the agency
* Using your initiative and highly developed relationship management skills to provide guidance and solutions to help your clients meet their campaign goals
* Assisting the delivery teams with your insight and guidance to ensure the delivery of weekly content requirements including copywriting for digital advertising, websites and email, as well as liaising with internal designers to produce high quality creative outputs
* Responding to issues or complaints and managing the end-to-end resolution in the most appropriate, effective, and positive way
