Evidence of any qualifications must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to the commencement of duties. * If Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent has not been completed, then appointment will be at CA3 classification in the Allied Health Assistant position until successful completion of the qualifications.
