We're looking for an experienced and energetic Front of House Supervisor to lead our service team and help deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and knows how to keep service smooth, upbeat, and professional during busy periods.
* Supervise and support front of house staff during service
* Lead shifts, manage floor flow, and ensure excellent customer service at all times
* Handle end of day cash
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues confidently and professionally
* Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service
* Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure seamless operations
* Uphold all company policies, procedures, and WH&S standards
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $25.85 – $42.16 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 45 per week
