The Guest Experience Leader will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and support throughout their stay. This will involve managing and overseeing all hotel operations, including front desk services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and security.

* Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration or equivalent experience;
* Minimum 4 years of guest service/hotel experience with 2 years in a management capacity; and;
* Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid Certificates are required.
