Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our retail business as a sales professional. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences and achieving set sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
* Create personalized service for customers to find their ideal jewellery pieces
* Achieve set sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies
* Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures
* Perform operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
Requirements
* Demonstrate exceptional 1-on-1 selling skills while providing outstanding customer service experiences
* Possess a proven track record of achieving beyond sales targets and KPIs
* Show ability to work productively individually and as part of a team
* Display flexibility with working across a seven-day store roster
