Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in a Cancer and Wellness Centre.
The successful candidate will provide advanced oncology nursing care, ensuring safe and evidence-based practice in chemotherapy and related treatments. They will also assist with the coordination of patient flow, staff allocation, rostering, and resource management to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities
* Provide advanced oncology nursing care, ensuring safe and evidence-based practice in chemotherapy and related treatments.
* Assist with the coordination of patient flow, staff allocation, rostering, and resource management to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives, identify and mitigate clinical risks, and ensure compliance with policies and national guidelines.
* Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice.
Requirements
• Registered Nurse with AHPRA, bringing experience in oncology or cancer care (day medical or in-centre)
