Role Overview
Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll play a key role in being the welcoming face of the park, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it
Tomakin is a peaceful coastal village on the NSW South Coast, nestled between the Tomaga River and the Pacific Ocean. It's known for its pristine beaches, calm river for kayaking and fishing, and relaxed holiday vibe, making it ideal for families and nature lovers.
In this Role, You'll
* Lead the Front Office team by allocating tasks, supervising work, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Deliver exceptional guest service through warm welcomes, efficient check‑ins/outs, and promoting park amenities and activities.
* Drive sales and bookings by converting walk‑ins, upselling experiences, and promoting other Ingenia destinations.
* Coordinate holiday activities by planning, setting up, and supervising programs that create fun, safe experiences for guests.
* Manage admin tasks including payments, guest queries, maintenance logging, and using systems like Newbook and MS Office.
