As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Ballajura
* Small, close-knit centre licensed for 55 children, fostering a warm and community-focused environment.
* Flexible part-time Educational Leader role, offering 30 hours per week with 5 hours of non-contact time, ideal for Diploma-qualified professionals.
* Ballajura Centre has been operational for over 14 years, providing consistent education and care to the community.

You'll need
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current WA Working with Children Check
