About the Role:

* Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall project direction and timeline
* Drive weekly status reports across teams
* Identify and manage risks to the initiative
* Assist in user acceptance testing on content delivery platforms
* Review curriculum content pre, during, and post publication
* Contribute to project roadmaps and documentation
* Identify up-and-coming issues and opportunities
* Assist in data reporting and analysis
* Define and track project milestones
* Manage logistics for major new projects
* Produce presentations for various forums
* Drive collaboration among staff in the Digital Media Hub
* Support onboarding of new staff
* Ensure project adherence to governance framework

About You:

* At least five years experience as a working journalist
* Excellent understanding and experience in social media channels
* Mid-level expertise in analytics platforms
* High-level expertise in Google suite apps
* Highly organised, with some understanding of project management principles
* Strong influencer who drives action
* Creative soul with an eye for design and flair for content production
