Key requirements include:
* 3-6 years of experience as a Legal Assistant.
* Previous billing experience is essential, with Aderant Expert experience being desirable but not mandatory.
* Experience supporting 1 or more Partners in a busy practice group is necessary.
* Ability to anticipate Partner requirements to reduce administrative time is crucial.
* Strong time management and organisational skills are required.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite is necessary.
* Good written and verbal communication skills are vital.
