The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service, processing listings and contracts, work with multiple Sales Representatives and managing administration.The ideal candidate will have:Minimum 12 months Office Experience (Real Estate experience highly regarded but not essential)Is ethical, disciplined and believes in self-development.Is resilient and can multi-task with ease.Is well presented, and has a polite and positive disposition.Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAn advantage if you have experience with a range of software packages including or similar to REX, Airtable, Docusign, RPdata.Ability to multi-task and work independentlySuperb organisational skillsInitiative and self-motivationWillingness and confidence to learn new thingsStrong attention to detailAble to follow instructions and work autonomouslyDuties will include:Assisting clients and Sales RepresentativesHandling administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling appointmentsBooking key date inspections i.e., photos, termite and building inspectionsAssist with remindersSalary and employment detailsThis is a full-time position with competitive salary and fun social events.Your application questionsYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
