Key Growth Manager Position
This role involves developing a data-driven growth engine that can produce repeatable outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead the development of the product-led growth/product-led sales roadmap and establish quarterly key results to drive activation, expansion, referral, and resurrection levers.
* Design and execute fast, instrumented experiments to prototype, A/B test, ship, measure, and repeat.
* Develop the freemium journey by defining pricing and packaging, upgrade nudges, usage-based paywalls, and in-app education that is helpful rather than harassing.
* Build and close loops by turning questionnaires, remediation requests, and vendor assessments into repeatable viral loops.
* Balance product-led growth and product-led sales by designing self-serve flows that convert users and surface timely product qualified lead signals to Sales.
* Combine product and revenue by partnering with Sales & Revenue Operations to hand off high-intent users seamlessly and working with Marketing to acquire the right segments.
* Advocate for the user voice by speaking to customers weekly, analyzing Mixpanel, Productboard, Looker, and support tickets to uncover friction and aha moments.
Requirements
* 3+ years of shipping B2B SaaS products, preferably on a multi-product platform.
* A track record of measurable growth wins (activation funnels, pricing changes, viral loops, or similar).
* Proficiency in data, comfort pulling your own Mixpanel/Looker queries, and translating insight into product decisions.
* Product taste and UX craft, including wireframing in Figma, debating empty-state copy, and knowing when polish beats speed and vice versa.
* A systems thinker who can balance sales-led, self-serve, and enterprise needs in one prioritized backlog.
* Clear communication skills, including concise PRDs, persuasive Looms, and empathetic customer calls.
