How You Will Make Contributions That Matter
Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Quality Administrator - Hygienist at our Burnie manufacturing site. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.
* Conduct environmental swabbing and sampling
* Generate regular production and management reports
* Maintain documented quality procedures and work instructions for contaminant monitoring and regulatory testing
* Validate and verify Cleaning and Sanitation Programs
* Investigate and report on out-of-spec results
* Participate in audits and responding to stakeholder queries
* Drive continuous improvement across products, services, and processes
* Maintain a clean work environment and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Ideally you will have
* Previous experience in a similar role within Quality, Operations, or Laboratory environments
* Strong understanding of dairy or food manufacturing quality systems and QMS processes
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-focused approach
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Relevant qualification (e.g., Food Science) and a strong desire to develop into a quality-focused role
