About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/Administation Officer to join our team at Aussie Mackay Queensland. In this part-time role you'll play a key role in keeping the Aussie Mackay office running smoothly. You'll be supporting our mortgage brokers with day-to-day administration and helping to create a seamless experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing
1. Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
2. Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
3. Performing general administrative duties such as maintaining accurate records and data entry
4. Providing administrative support to the broader team as required
5. Maintaining a high level of customer service and contributing to a positive office environment
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the financial services or real estate industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
3. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
4. Proficient in using standard office software and equipment
5. A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude
