Job Title: Front Office Receptionist.
This role involves providing a high standard of customer service, processing guest check-ins and outs, and accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional Guest experience.
Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents, and guests.
Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation.
Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest.
Complete day-to-day office administration tasks.
Requirements:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual who has:
• Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry.
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Current drivers licence.
