Job Details 2 Day Nanny Educator (15909) Alice Springs 2 days per week with a child aged 23 months Rate: $37.84 - $42.65 (L1-L3) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf) Thursday: 10:30 am - 5:00 pm Friday: 10:30 am - 5:00 pm This family would like: The Educator will be responsible for the care and education of a 23 month old child. The family is seeking an Educator with knowledge of cerebral palsy, or a willingness to learn and engage in ongoing development in this area. The role includes supporting the child with daily exercises, with guidance from the parents. A strong focus on developmentally appropriate practice is essential, with the Educator facilitating activities that support the child’s physical, cognitive, and social development. The child enjoys engaging with toys, singing, and reading, and the Educator will be expected to incorporate these interests into a responsive and enriching learning environment. A patient, attentive, and nurturing approach will be key to supporting the child’s ongoing growth and wellbeing. You must: - Either be working towards or hold a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or other IHC relevant ACECQA approved qualifications e.g. Bachelor Primary Education and are registered with relevant state authority board. - Provide at least 3 references. - Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid - Have a car & driver's licence - Be willing to commit for at least 12 months - Full working rights in Australia.
