Job Title: Administration Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to assist with various administrative tasks.
* Responsibilities:
o Assist with restaurant reservations and group bookings for our outlets, including Garden Kitchen & Bar, Cucina Vivo, Kiyomi, Harvest Buffet, Uncle Su, Sovereign Dining, and more.
o Answer phone enquiries and assist the Reservations team with local guest enquiries and volume overflow.
o Book private booths, cabanas, and special event packages.
o Issue invoices and process payments.
o Maintain and update bookings and client notes in ResDiary.
o Assist with function planning stages, including making recommendations for menus, theming, audio visual, and adhering to minimum spend requirements.
o Maintain and update function bookings in Delphi.
o Finalize small events and group bookings within specified time frames.
o Liaise with Chefs, venue managers, and internal teams for group bookings and small functions.
* Requirements:
o Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
o A thorough knowledge of The Star Gold Coast restaurants and property.
o A high attention to detail and strong time management skills.
o Knowledge of Opera advantageous.
