About the Role
* Demonstrated experience and track record in leading streams within large scale, multi-dimensional, multi-year programs.
* 5 years in project delivery across diverse range of projects e.g. business transformation, application development, cultural change
* Delivery of complex solutions across business and technology
* Experience in Financial Services, ideally General Insurance
* Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement
* Demonstrated experience in cost management, budgeting and forecasting
* Knowledge and understanding of program management tools and methodologies and their application in various scenarios.
* Experience leading pure Agile projects and working in hybrid delivery models
key accountabilities
* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and initiatives; ensuring projects are aligned with business goals and strategic priorities
* Lead and mentor a team of delivery specialists; fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
* Allocate resources effectively across projects to maximize efficiency and value; monitoring resource utilisation and adjust plans as necessary.
* Engage with key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support facilitating communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; and develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure project success.
* Track and monitor project health, performance and budget; to deliver within agreed tolerances and provide meaningful insights to leadership.
