ABOUT WHERE WE WORK
A part of Colonial Leisure Group, The Portsea Hotel is located on the Port Phillip bay coastline of the Mornington Peninsula. Our food offering takes inspiration from the Italian coastlines and makes the best use of fresh, local and seasonal produce with a focus on seafood dishes. In addition to the main kitchen, the venue also has 'Fatto Da Mamma' which offers an authentic wood-fired pizza selection and sliced-to-order Salumi, as well as 'The Fish Hut' which serves classic fish & chips in the summer months.

In addition to our training and career pathways, our online Academy - Mise en Place - can provide eligible team members with recognized Certificates in Hospitality, you will be able to work and study at the same time. These courses including:
- Certificate III Hospitality
- Apprenticeship in Front of House
**REQUIREMENTS**:
If you have experience, we definitely want to meet you. If you don't but are keen to learn, we'd love to meet you as well. An outgoing, friendly and "can-do" attitude are the only prerequisites. In-house training, guidance and development will be provided by our established management team.
