Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Role Recipe
* Assist the Management Team in the training and mentoring of Team Members;
* Run shifts including opening and closing the store;
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure our guests have a memorable experience;
* Assist Management with stock takes and processing deliveries;
* Oversee stations to ensure they are running efficiently;
* Address and resolve customer queries or complaints.
Key Ingredients
* Experience in end-to-end shift running, stock-takes, and ordering goods;
