We are seeking a Mid-Senior level Business Analysis professional to lead the definition and development of threshold criteria for case, report, or complaint acceptance/rejection.
The Role:
This position involves leading workshops and creating options analysis for establishing a thresholds framework.
* Lead exploration and definition of threshold requirements with subject matter experts.
* Develop the thresholds framework outlining metrics for case, report, or complaint acceptance/rejection.
* Operationalise the thresholds framework across the organisation's entry point.
* Advise incoming program leads on approach, findings, and thresholds.
* Support business system enhancements through overlap workstreams.
Requirements:
* 7+ years' experience in providing strategic advice and direction.
* Demonstrated ability to interpret business needs from legislative reforms and strategic plans.
* Experience in managing competing priorities and stakeholder requirements.
* Proven experience in delivering projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
* Public Sector experience is desirable.
