Job Description
Colliers is seeking an experienced technology platforms professional to manage and deliver the applications, systems and reporting data, and analytics solutions that support our Occupier Services Clients across Australia.
The position is centred on delivering reliable, scalable technology enablement for Occupier Clients - combining multi-client dashboard oversight with stewardship of Integrated Workplace Management Solution (IWMS) platforms that underpin Portfolio Strategy, Lease Administration, Accounts Payable and Transaction Management services.
You will work closely with our Enterprise Clients teams, business stakeholders, and Colliers technology functions to manage and enhance our technology offerings, ensuring they are operationally sound and effectively delivered.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage core IWMS platforms enabling portfolio management.
* Lead technology projects, including system upgrades, and new platform rollouts.
* Manage day‐to‐day performance of key lease, portfolio, and transaction systems.
* Manage BI and analytics outputs, including dashboards, reporting, and hands‐on data work using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
* Support business development by providing platform expertise, demonstrations, and input into RFPs and proposals.
* Drive solution design, client onboarding, system adoption, training, and ongoing technology support.
Qualifications
* 5 – 10 years' experience in technology platforms, applications support, systems delivery roles.
* Demonstrated experience administering enterprise platforms (IWMS, ERP, or similar).
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
* Experience in real estate, property, or professional services preferred.
* Demonstrated experience supporting client‐facing teams and commercial processes.
Technical Capability
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
* Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Power BI; Azure concepts desirable).
