**What You'll be Doing**
The Research Administrative Officer has the overall day to day management responsibility in supporting the research unit and is responsible for the implementation of administrative processes necessary for smooth running of the office, Importantly this position will act as a first point of contact for senior members of the South Western Sydney Local Health District, universities, plus a range of contacts at all levels from all research stakeholders and hospital staff liaising with the medical team.

**How to Apply**
- Completion of a Certificate IV level qualification or a combination of relevant education/training and/or extensive experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated high level experience in the use of all Microsoft Office software with excellent data entry and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in office management and administration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work and complete tasks within tight timeframes.
- High level of verbal communication skills at various levels.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement with regard to the release of information on confidential matters.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment with mínimal supervision.
