We are seeking an experienced Senior SQL Server Developer / Performance Engineer to join a high-performing team focused on optimising database performance and supporting legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Optimise SQL Server performance across complex environments
* Perform query tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis
* Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks
* Support and enhance legacy applications (ASP/VB or .NET)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong expertise in SQL Server and T-SQL
* Proven experience in performance tuning and query optimisation Solid understanding of execution plans and indexing strategies
* Experience working with legacy applications (Classic ASP/VB or .NET)
* Familiarity with Git and Jira (or similar tools)
