This newly created, growth-oriented role is a specialist opportunity to lead technical projects and strengthen a premium brand portfolio recognised worldwide for safety, reliability, and performance.
Role Overview
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will take ownership of the hoist product range across Australia, driving business development through strategic account management, tender delivery, and customer engagement.
The role involves working closely with distributors, resellers, and end users, while supporting regional sales teams with training, technical guidance, and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical projects to expand the hoist product portfolio.
Develop and manage key accounts, driving revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver tender submissions and proposals.
Engage with customers, distributors, and resellers to promote product solutions.
Provide technical training and commercial insight to regional sales teams.
Qualifications
Technically minded and commercially driven sales professional.
Experience in industrial solution selling, account development, and project management within lifting, manufacturing, or material handling sectors.
Strong strategic planning and hands-on execution skills.
