· Coordinate logistics for CPD and educational events.
· Implement and uphold SDSIC's policies, systems, and brand standards.
· Run regular financial and operational metrics to assess the health of the practice - tracking performance, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven improvement.
· Provide monthly or quarterly summaries of practice performance to the directors.
· Support business development, marketing, and communications aligned with SDSIC's growth strategy.
· Understand and communicate effectively with all layers of stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management & Communication

· Patients: Delivering compassionate, high-quality, and reassuring service.
· Clinical & administrative staff: Fostering teamwork, accountability, and alignment with practice goals.
· Referring dentists: Maintaining professional, responsive relationships that strengthen referral partnerships.
· Laboratory technicians & suppliers: Coordinating efficiently to support excellent clinical outcomes.
· Education attendees & CPD partners: Representing SDSIC with professionalism and organisation during all events.
Your ability to adapt your communication style to suit each audience will be key to maintaining SDSIC's premium reputation.
