About The Role
Coordinate and deliver high-quality administrative support for the effective and efficient management of matters related to recruitment, appointment, registration, and payroll for all Medical Staff employed at West Moreton Hospital and Health Service.
About You
Self-organisational skills, including the ability to set priorities and achieve results in an environment of high volumes of work and tight deadlines
Ability to problem solve
Ability in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Professional and the maintenance of databases and information systems
Delivers work of a high quality, validity and accuracy
Ability to positively contribute to a collegial team environment
Client focus skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with a wide range of clients and staff, both internal and external to the service
Knowledge of contemporary human resource management issues including workplace health and safety, equal opportunity and anti-discrimination
Ability to acquire the knowledge of legislation, procedures, policies and regulations pertaining to the recruitment of senior/resident medical officers, including medical registration and immigration
Mandatory Requirements
Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. *****
