Culinary Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Richmond Lodge in Casino. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

* Prepare and cook nutritious meals in accordance with dietary requirements and preferences.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to Food Safety Standards and HACCP guidelines.
* Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs and tastes of our residents.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
* Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cookery/Hospitality or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in bulk cooking, preferably in an aged care or healthcare setting.
* Knowledge of Food Safety Standards to HACCP level.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to manage change efficiently and effectively.
