**Your new company**
This high profile portfolio agency is a linchpin when it comes to protecting the Australian public. With new funding secured, there is a requirement for them to ramp up their HR operations to attract and onboard new staff to meet the demands of their sector. One of these HR roles is an APS4 Human Resources System Officer.
**Your new role**
The APS4 Human Resources System Officer is responsible for the management of the HRIS including:
- Process staffing work orders and variations to employment contracts or proposals
- Identifying and rectifying any errors or abnormalities with existing data in the system
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and managers to ensure accurate data is entered into the system for tracking recruitment activities
- Updating records to ensure compliance with the policies and regulations of the agency
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in data input and management using a Human Resources Information System. You will be adaptable and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Your proven experience in picking up new systems will ensure your success in this position.
This role requires you to be an Australian Citizen with a current NV1 Security Clearance.
