Proactive outreach specialists are sought after by leading agricultural equipment suppliers to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include conducting outbound calls to inform customers about various parts and services, as well as identifying their needs accurately.


Key Responsibilities

* Client Outreach: Engage in proactive phone calls to existing and potential customers to provide detailed information on Brandt parts, maintenance, and repair services.
* Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators related to parts and service sales.
* Needs Identification: Assist customers in pinpointing their parts and service requirements.
* Service Information: Offer comprehensive details on Brandt parts, pricing, and available service options.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to schedule appointments and allocate resources efficiently.
* Maintenance Recommendations: Advise customers on the importance of routine maintenance and suggest suitable services for their equipment needs.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer interactions, orders, and service history records in our CRM system.
* Follower-up: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns or questions and building lasting relationships.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* A minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the heavy equipment industry, preferably in a similar role.
* Previous experience in outbound customer service, telemarketing, or sales positions.
* In-depth knowledge of agriculture equipment parts and services.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* The ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.
* A results-driven approach focused on achieving sales targets.
* Proficiency in computer systems and software used in customer relationship management (CRM).
* The ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* The capacity to plan, develop, and communicate territory coverage strategies to maximise sales potential.
