**Opportunity to work as an it Support Officer, Level 1 Helpdesk role in a corporate environment in Educational services firm**
- Monday to Friday 8.30am or 9.00am - 4.30pm /5.00pm with 1 hour lunch break (start time negotiable)

- Role will be 100% office based but may require you to be across 2 sites.
- Experience working as Customer Service Officer, IT support
- Newly qualified Degree or Certificates in IT support will be desirable.
- Exposure within professional services industry advantageous
- Experience with IT programs is highly desirable
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues.
- Researching questions using available information resources.
- Advising users on appropriate action.
- Following standard help desk procedures.
- Logging all help desk interactions.
- Administering help desk software.
- Following up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Report to IT Manager
