The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote excellence in nursing education and patient care. This will involve collaborating with the Unit Manager to create and manage orientation and performance development programs, addressing the education and training needs of nursing and midwifery staff in the acquired brain injury unit.
You will work closely with the Unit Manager to identify essential personal and professional competencies for care delivery within the unit, and oversee individual staff performance appraisals and development activities under their guidance.
