Role Description
This is a contracted role for a Clinical Nurse Trainer in WA. The Clinical Nurse Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting clinical training sessions, delivering trainYing materials, and educating healthcare professionals on the proper use of Xytide's products. Additional responsibilities include providing ongoing support and guidance to healthcare providers, maintaining up-to‐date knowledge of products and best practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Strong collaboration with cross‐functional teams to improve training programs is also expected.
Qualifications
* Clinical Skills, Patient Education, and training experience in clinical settings
* Experience delivering training materials and professional presentations
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
* Proficiency in technology use, including teleconferencing and e-learning platforms
* Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent clinical certification
* Experience in product training or clinical education is a plus
* Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
* Adaptability to work effectively in clinic settings
* Ability to travel occasionally for on‐site training, if required
