Employment Lawyer Position
We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team in Melbourne.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers on technically complex and strategically significant matters for leading Australian clients.
* Key aspects of the role include advising on employment and workplace law matters, managing employment disputes and litigation, conducting or advising on workplace investigations, supporting clients on employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and providing strategic guidance on performance management, terminations, and complex HR issues.
About You
Applicants should have 4-7 years post-qualification experience in employment or workplace law with exposure to both advisory and litigation matters. They should possess strong drafting and advice-writing skills, excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.

The team is recognised for acting on high-profile disputes, investigations, and advisory matters including complex litigation post-employment restraint claims whistleblower disclosures and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
