Physiotherapist – Join Our Team at Spine, Health and Stability
Spine, Health and Stability is a thriving multidisciplinary clinic located in Mont Albert North, home to Physiotherapists, Remedial Massage Therapists, Naturopaths and Acupuncturists. Our diverse professional network supports truly integrated care, creating excellent opportunities for internal referrals and collaborative treatment planning.
Our purpose-built clinic features an infrared sauna, treadmill, squat rack, free weights, Pilates reformer and trapeze — enabling a seamless blend of rehabilitation and performance-based training within your clinical care.
About the Role
We're seeking a passionate, Pilates-focused Physiotherapist who is confident and excited to step straight into running small group Clinical Exercise and Pilates sessions, alongside one‐on‐one physiotherapy consultations.
You will be supported by an experienced reception team and work within an established referral network of local GPs, surgeons, sporting clubs and allied health professionals. Most importantly, you'll inherit and continue building a loyal Pilates and rehabilitation caseload that values long‐term, personalised care.
Our small group (1:3) Clinical Exercise and Pilates sessions are thoughtfully programmed and tailored to each client's goals, injuries and stage of recovery. These sessions allow for meaningful therapeutic relationships and ongoing support — something we deeply value in our clinic culture.
This subcontractor role offers flexibility in hours and days, making it ideal for a physiotherapist seeking autonomy and work‐life balance — whether you're returning to work after having a child, undertaking postgraduate study, or simply wanting a schedule that supports your lifestyle.
There is strong opportunity to grow your caseload while being mentored in clinical reasoning, exercise prescription and business development within private practice.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a driven and inspired clinician who:
* Is genuinely passionate about Clinical Pilates and exercise‐based rehabilitation
* Feels confident leading small group reformer sessions from the outset
* Is committed to creating optimal and continual recovery for its clients
* Values long‐term outcomes over quick fixes
* Is self‐motivated, organised and confident managing its own caseload
* Thrives in a collaborative, supportive team environment
* Is eager to continue developing clinically and professionally
We welcome applicants of all experience levels. Experience in private practice musculoskeletal physiotherapy and Pilates‐based rehabilitation is highly regarded.
What You'll Need
* Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
