We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic HR initiatives. As a Team Services Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of three and ensuring key deliverables are met.
About the Role

* Oversee administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee change requests.
* Maintain compliance with agreements and internal policies.

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Team Lead or equivalent.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in process improvement and system integration.
